- Frank LI rarely write reviews, but I figured I should write it this time with my great experience with progressive. I had issue with LG refrigerators which I bought a year ago. The bottom unit doesn't cool down although freezer works just fine. I tried to fix it myself several times but couldn't make it work. Called up progressive early Jan and left VM with them. They got back to me quickly and setup the appointment same day. Aleksey, the technician, showed up on time and nailed down the issue within just a few minutes. He patiently re-install the refrigerator door which wasn't setup properly. This immediately solved the issue. When I paid him, he also reminded me that the work has 2 months warrants and etc. Very honest and really enjoyed hiring them to get the job done. Thank you Aleksey!
- CHUCK PRequested service on LG Refrigerator via email. Heard back pretty quickly. After checking with LG on potential issue offered service call a couple of days later. Service tech Alex called in the prearranged time window, arrived exactly when he said he would. Quickly diagnosed issue, had parts to complete repair - said it would take an hour, completed in 55 minutes. Alex couldn't be more professional. Unit back to fully working properly. Would definitely highly recommend and use again. Thanks!
- Daphne WMy LG refrigerator failed working on Monday. I had another two technicians came over and both of them told me I have to trash that refrigerator. It’s a 3K machine and only 5 years old! Luckily I found progress service from the LG website. They collected information from me before came over so they were very well prepared. It was diagnosed that the compressor was dead and they brought a new compressor with them and fixed everything within 2 hours. Such a life saver! I’m very thankful for their service and profession.
